We collect your personal information in order to:

• provide family history and archiving services, and bill you for those services

We keep your information safe by storing it in password protected folders and only allowing Zoe Pullman from The Family Archives to see it. We keep your information for seven years at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital files.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@thefamilyarchives.co.nz.

Contact form

When visitors fill out our contact form on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you fill out the Contact form on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
